| Priscilla's Profile Bio Priscilla Liang O'Donnell lives in Maryland. She works as an IT specialist for Geography Division of Census Bureau. Priscilla was born in Kunming, a city southwest of China. In December 1986, she immigrated to United States with her family. Her great grand father was the chairman of Chinese community in San Francisco. Her great grand mother was an American. YiChai Liang, Priscilla's grand father went to China before the Chinese revolution, and became founder of Engping High School in Canton, where he married Miss Hu. During the Chinese revolution, he escaped to Hong Kong. Then he came back to United States and left his family in China. JiGuag Liang, his elder brother was a member of a musical group in San Francisco. Priscilla's father was an electrical engineer and her mother was an OB-GYM doctor in China. They both retired and live in New Mexico. Priscilla has a sister who lives in New Mexico after serving US Navy. Priscilla met James O'Donnell IV, her husband at University of Maryland University College and they married in 2002. That same year, they had a son, Liam James O'Donnell. Priscilla is a hard working, honest, creative, productive, reliable, and highly motivated individual. At schools, she was in the Semester Dean's List every semester. At work, she has a strong work ethic, an excellent record of meeting deadlines. Before she became an IT specialist in Census Bureau, she worked as a database developer and administrative Assistant for University of Maryland School of Nursing and a Library Assistant for Montgomery County Public Libraries. She created two very big and complicated databases (including data entry) for World Bank, Washington DC in ten days, and redesigned a web site for Maryland Association for Higher Education in a very short period. Beside Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, she holds Certifications in Oracle Developer, Web Design, Internet Technologies, and Computer Graphic.
